Forgotten Assignments

It's weird how assignments that I forget to do are the ones that just jump right out of my head and then I never have to remember about them again. But the assignments that I finish and learn the information, and forget to turn in are the ones that stay with me. It isn't even about the information that I obtain it is the principle behind turning the work in, that I can't forget. It seems to me like forgetting about an assignment completely would be something that I would want to go back and finish just so I can understand the material but it never is that case. O how can I forget to turn in an assignment that is already completed just seems like a complete waste of time especially if i didn't learn anything. I might have just as well not done the assignment about bunnies that wasted 2 hours of my life that I will never get back just for a grade that i will never see.

  1. Oh Lawson, where is your hunger for learning? I completely know where you're coming from, but it's really cool to just learn about whatever is out there. Maybe someday your knowledge of bunnies will come into play at some point in your life. You never know, right? But for me, learning just to learn is a refreshing feeling. I never felt like that before until probably my second semester of college. I guess it came from having to learn things that I won't really "use." There is so much knowledge out in the world, why not learn it? (at least a very very very small portion)

  2. That sounds exceptionally frustrating. I hope you can figure out a system of not forgetting.
